Submit Theories
- All submitted work must be original.
- Theories must not be commercial or promotional with respect to any specific product or service. We reserve the right to remove any theory which contains such contents.
- The recommended length of a submission is 250 -1,200 words. Feel free to write longer or shorter theories.
Credentials
- Please include verifiable contact and credential information (i.e., curriculum vitae and/or brief biography) with all submissions. We will include a short bio sketch of the author with each published theory. One method of contact (Web or e-mail address) are permissible in the author bio only. Reference to specific products, services or proprietary techniques is prohibited.
Formatting
- Do not use ALL CAPS.
- No need for HTML. All formatting can be used with our editor.
- Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire theory
- Make sure to use paragraph breaks. If you don’t divide your theory up into short paragraphs, it will be difficult to read, and the readers may give up on your theory.
Subject/Word Choice
- We do not allow theories on sexual topics, violence, illegal subjects, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material.
- Theories.com has full right to remove theories we deem unsuitable.
- Theories cannot include plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the theory you publish.
- Theories should not link to or promote other sites.
Reviewing Process
- Theories.com editorial panel reviews all theory submissions; occasionally, a theory may be sent to an outside reviewer for additional input. In general, this process takes approximately three weeks. You will receive notification by e-mail when the reviewing process is over and a decision has been made.
